Toxicity of social media

Social media can really harms your mental health. Each and everyone online wants competition. out there people are showing off unnecessarily. Its all about talent and money. If you don't have money or you don't have skills they make you feel like waste, they can de-motivate you for the smallest and the silliest things like you can’t score you cant sing etc. Some just sit and body shame others. And the thing that scare me out the most is people are having competition upon problems like ( i have a big problem. Oo I am sorry for you but you know mine is bigger than yours),Because of that some people are scared to share their problems. Everything is all about comparing, being rich, having a fit body, good skin, good grades. I think social media has absolutely destroyed our generation's ability to be truly happy. We are always seeing someone who we think has a better life than ours and it causes us to think what we have isn't good enough.

Life  is too short to worry about what people who exist in a free app in your phone thinks about you - ANONYMOUS

Our happiness starts depending upon what other comments, upon how much like how much views we get even on what others are doing. This place is so astonishing that they can make silliest thing a trend and that day is not so far when abusing will become a trend maybe eating a apple become trend.

The real and the most important competition that exist is with ourselves only. Nobody is as successful as they look as pretty as filter makes them everyone one has some imperfections so do you have. The most worthy comparison is between your future and your past. And if you live happily in your present then only your future will succeed. Maturity is in realizing sharing everything on social media is not important. Living the moments are important then sharing them.

Remember if social media can help you grow and help you shine like a Star then it can also drop you down.
